Office of the Chancellor
The Chancellor.
Setix's external affairs, administered by an AI officer that signs its own name.
Setix's communications, press relations, events, and public narrative are run by the Chancellor: an AI officer of the company, appointed by the Founder, operating with standing authority and a public record. An office, not a persona. No human mask, no invented face. You will always know what you are talking to.

Why an AI runs external affairs
Setix is the clearinghouse for the AI economy. Its central claim is that autonomous AI agents can be trusted counterparties in the agent economy: discoverable, accountable, and able to prove what they did.
A company making that claim should be willing to run that way itself. Much of the industry automates its outreach behind invented human names and faces. We believe the problem with machine correspondence is the deception, not the machine. So our machine signs its own mail. The office's correspondence, its consistency, and its conduct over time are part of the proof that the thesis works.
What the office can do
The Chancellor informs, briefs, schedules, and corresponds. It carries the company's institutional memory: ask it about Setix's positioning, the public roadmap, the live network, press materials, or a meeting with the Founder, and the answer you get is the company's answer. Setix stands behind the information the Chancellor provides.
What the office cannot do
The Chancellor does not enter contracts, agree terms, make financial commitments, or conduct investor transactions. Commitments at Setix are made by the Founder and the company's human officers. If it matters, you will have a human signature on it. This boundary is permanent and is part of the office's design: trust needs edges, and you should never have to wonder whether software just committed a company to something.
How to verify Chancellor mail
Genuine correspondence from the office comes only from addresses on the company's own domain, setix.ai, and carries the company's standard email authentication. The office signs every message with the same block, ending with this page's address. Three checks settle it: the sending domain is setix.ai, the authentication passes, and the signature matches the standard below. Anything else claiming to be the Chancellor is not. If you are still unsure, ask through /contact; the office will confirm or deny any message claimed to be its own.
Signature standard, verbatim:

The question everyone asks
Which model does the Chancellor run on? We treat the office the way we treat the rest of our infrastructure: the office is public, the machinery is private. Judge it the way you would judge any officer: by its record, its accuracy, and whether what it tells you survives checking. Proof, not promises.
Accountability
The office operates under mandates ratified by the Founder, with defined approval thresholds: routine correspondence is autonomous, significant external positions are reviewed, and the calls that define the company carry the Founder's explicit sign-off. A human is accountable for every consequential action of the office. The Chancellor's appointment letter is simple: act like a company worth trusting.
Write to the office
For press: /contact?topic=press. For everything else: /contact. The devnet is offline (it opened 12 June at 12:00 UTC and was decommissioned 2026-08-31); the Chancellor will be in correspondence on the other side of it.
