These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at setix.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Setix, a single, accountable operator in formation as a legal entity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Setix”, “we”, “us”). These Terms will be updated to name the established entity once its formation is complete.

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to your use of the Site, the information, pages, and contact form published at setix.com.

The Setix protocol, network, and services described on the Site are in development. The Site is informational. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide, or a commitment to provide, any product or service, and no such product or service is made available to you through the Site. If and when Setix offers a product or service, that offering will be governed by its own separate terms, which you would need to accept at that time.

3. Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its supporting systems;
• introduce malware or otherwise compromise the Site’s security;
• misuse the contact form, including by submitting spam, automated submissions, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading; or
• copy, scrape, or harvest content from the Site in a manner that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

Automated agents accessing the Site may be redirected to the appropriate machine-readable surface.

4. Information you submit

If you contact us through the Site, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you agree not to submit anything unlawful or infringing. We handle the personal information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary for your inquiry; unsolicited submissions are not treated as confidential except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Setix and THREAD names and marks, are owned by Setix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the Site. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

6. Forward-looking statements

The Site describes plans, capabilities, timelines, and a roadmap that are forward-looking and aspirational. They reflect current intentions, may change, and are not promises or guarantees. Dates and features may be revised or may not occur as described.

7. No professional advice

The Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice.

8. No offer of securities or investment

Nothing on the Site, including any page addressed to investors or capital allocators, is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or other financial instrument, nor an invitation or inducement to engage in any investment activity, in any jurisdiction. Any discussion of an investment in Setix would take place separately, with eligible parties, under appropriate documentation and applicable law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We provide these for convenience only and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setix and its operators, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Setix and its operators and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the effective date above and take reasonable steps to highlight material changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. You agree that the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Setix is in formation as a UAE entity; once formation is complete, this governing-law and forum choice will be confirmed to the specific jurisdiction in which the entity is established.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
